This role blends recruiting expertise with a strong commercial mindset — you'll build compelling narratives about our opportunities and guide candidates through the decision-making process. The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume hiring environments, understands tech/SaaS talent dynamics, and cares deeply about delivering a great candidate experience. In this role, you will gain international exposure, working with global stakeholders while being part of a structured Talent Acquisition function and cross-collaborative teams. Motive also offers strong growth opportunities, both within Talent Acquisition and across other teams, enabling long-term career progression. <h2 class="wnfdnth _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">What You'll Do</h2> <ul class="wnfdnte"> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> Own end-to-end, high-volume recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing) </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> Represent Motive's story clearly and authentically to candidates throughout the process </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> Drive candidate engagement through strong communication and relationship-building </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> Consistently meet recruiting KPIs (pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance) </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> Leverage ATS tools (preferably Greenhouse) and data to optimize hiring processes </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless hiring experience </li> </ul> <h2 class="wnfdnth _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">What We're Looking For</h2> Experience: <ul class="wnfdnte"> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> 2+ years in high-volume recruiting within SaaS/tech, or equivalent transferable experience </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> Background in sales or customer success is a plus </li> </ul> Skillset: <ul class="wnfdnte"> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> Strong communication and stakeholder management skills </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> Ability to build relationships and align different perspectives toward a decision </li> </ul> Technical: <ul class="wnfdnte"> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and familiarity with US/Go-to-Market hiring </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing via LinkedIn or other platforms is a plus </li> </ul> Working Style: <ul class="wnfdnte"> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over outcomes </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> Comfortable managing a high volume of moving pieces and shifting priorities </li> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> Clear, confident communicator across written, verbal, and candidate-facing interactions </li> </ul> Education: <ul class="wnfdnte"> <li class="wnfdntd _1ibi0s33w"> No specific degree required; we care most about relevant experience and demonstrated results </li> </ul> <div class="content-conclusion">Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of Motive's core values.
