We are looking for someone with +3 years of project management experience in an IT or technology environment who is ready to take ownership of projects while continuing to develop their project management skills within a global Professional Services organization.The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator. As this role primarily supports customers and stakeholders in the AMS region, the candidate must be comfortable and available to work a late/shifted schedule to provide appropriate coverage across AMS business hours.   What you will do <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage multiple concurrent IT and Professional Services projects for customers across the AMS region, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own projects through the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and closure.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop, maintain, and actively manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead regular project meetings with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear agendas, actions, decisions, owners, and follow-up. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders and maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication throughout project delivery.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify project risks, issues, and potential delays early and drive appropriate mitigation or escalation.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Track project progress and provide accurate and timely status reporting to customers, internal stakeholders, and management.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate resources and activities across cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage project documentation and ensure information is complete, accurate, and maintained according to project governance standards.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Participate in post-project reviews and identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and the customer experience.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain a high level of attention to detail, particularly when managing project schedules, actions, risks, customer commitments, and project documentation.</li> </ul>   What you will have <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">+3 years of hands-on project management experience, preferably managing customer-facing IT, software, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or Professional Services projects.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through delivery and closure.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience managing projects and stakeholders within the AMS/Americas region, including working across different time zones.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to lead customer meetings and communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior stakeholders.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A proactive and accountable approach, with the ability to identify issues and follow through on actions without requiring constant direction.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and managing project dependencies.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Working knowledge of IT service delivery, software delivery, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or related technology environments.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with project management methodologies and practices, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or traditional project management approaches.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Microsoft Project, Rocketlane, or similar platforms.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Availability and willingness to work a late/shifted schedule to provide coverage for the AMS region and participate in customer and stakeholder meetings during AMS business hours.</li> </ul>   Nice to have <ul> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Relevant project management certification or training, such as CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP coursework, Scrum, or Agile certification.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
