Our team thinks globally for scale, delivering learner-centric enablement experiences. These programs and services have a significant impact on our customers' success and our bottom-line growth.</div> <div>This role sits on the Instructional Design team, built to deliver high-engagement learning with speed and range. You will develop accurate, impactful digital content across multiple modalities, ensuring our enablement resources remain 'just-in-time' and agile to keep pace with AI led business transformation.</div> </div> <p><strong>How You’ll Find Success</strong></p> <ul> <li>Passion for adult eLearning and creating effective and engaging learning strategies.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a specific focus on being able to translate complicated concepts into easy-to-understand formats.</li> <li>Comfort using AI as part of your everyday design workflow (drafting, storyboarding, scripting, media generation, quality checks) alongside a clear point of view on where it helps and where it hinders.</li> <li>Organized and dependable across several concurrent projects, working from clear priorities with regular checkpoints from your manager, senior instructional designers and subject matter experts.</li> <li>Adaptable delivery that scales your approach from polished, immersive learning to agile, just-in-time assets to maximize engagement and speed in a fast-moving environment.</li> <li>Fast learner with technical aptitude that enables you to gain expertise across our products, roles and instructional design tech stack.</li> </ul> <p><strong>How You’ll Grow</strong></p> <ul> <li>Learn about experience management (XM) as a category, including expert-level technical knowledge.</li> <li>Learn about various sales and services functions across technology companies which lead to successful customer renewals and expansions.</li> <li>Expand your instructional design expertise with direct coaching from senior instructional designers and an active global ID community of practice.</li> <li>Build depth across the enablement tech stack (WorkRamp, Highspot, Articulate 360, WhatFix, Canva) and in the AI tooling layered on top.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Things You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and launch digital content, with an emphasis on just-in-time learning that can be produced, published, and updated at speed.</li> <li>Build learning content across diverse modalities including e-learning, video, job aids, in-application guidance, and support materials for live sessions.</li> <li>Own the end-to-end process and timeline for your assigned scope, including entry of content into the LMS, Beta launch, and launch support, with senior ID review at key milestones.</li> <li>Use AI tools to accelerate drafting, scripting, media creation, and quality assurance, applying instructional judgment to everything that ships.</li> <li>Interview internal subject matter experts and synthesize concepts.</li> <li>Write course content, including expository text, scripts for animated and testimonial videos, learning activities, and assessment questions that enhance retention.</li> <li>Publicize newly released training content via internal and external marketing channels.</li> <li>Analyze course activity and feedback to prioritize tasks for ongoing refinement and enhancement.</li> <li>Maintain the library of eLearning to keep content current, accurate, and relevant with updated product features and XM methodologies.</li> <li>Research strategies and industry best practices for creating engaging and interactive content for learners.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For On Your Resume</strong></p> <ul> <li>4-5 years of experience in content development, technical writing or online instructional design.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) or a comparable authoring tool.</li> <li>Working knowledge of at least one enablement or learning platform (WorkRamp, Highspot, WhatFix, or equivalent) and a willingness to learn the rest.</li> <li>Comfort designing in Canva or an equivalent visual design tool.</li> <li>Demonstrated use of AI tools in a design, content, or media production workflow.</li> <li>Ability to convert complex, technical information into easy-to-understand formats.</li> <li>Outstanding organization and prioritization skills.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail to produce high-quality and polished content.</li> <li>Comfortable in a shifting environment: you raise questions early, adjust when priorities move, and keep work moving without waiting to be unblocked.</li> <li>Even Better if You Have: <ul> <li>Knowledge of adult learning theories, Bloom's Taxonomy, instructional design models, and development of assessments / testing.</li> <li>Experience making digital learning interactive, engaging, and social.</li> <li>Experience designing overall curriculum for defined audiences.</li> <li>Video editing experience.</li> <li>Experience reporting on digital learning data (WorkRamp reporting, Tableau, or similar) and turning it into design decisions.</li> <li>Familiarity with Salesforce.</li> <li>Experience with Google distribution lists or comparable audience and distribution
