In this role, you will bridge the gap between business architecture and low-level technical execution, architecting highly available VMware and AWS environments, implementing robust CI/CD deployment workflows, and leading cross-functional alignment across multiple engineering squads.The ideal candidate is a technical powerhouse with deep expertise in Windows Server lifecycles, enterprise virtualization, and cloud systems engineering, possessing a zero-trust mindset toward PCI compliance, hardened security baselines, and rapid incident mitigation.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to align infrastructure delivery with broader business objectives.</li> <li>Act as the primary point of contact for critical escalations, driving accountability and ensuring seamless communication during high-pressure situations.</li> <li>Manage and maintain enterprise virtualization environments, overseeing ESXi host and vCenter upgrades to ensure high availability and optimal resource utilization.</li> <li>Engineer and support mid-level complexity AWS cloud infrastructure, leveraging cloud services to optimize workloads, improve scalability, and maintain overall environment health.</li> <li>Administer, optimize, and maintain critical business applications on Windows platforms, including SFTP, SMTP, MI2, and MC2 systems.</li> <li>Orchestrate end-to-end Windows OS upgrades and legacy-to-modern system migrations, minimizing downtime and mitigating compatibility risks.</li> <li>Design and execute robust build and deployment workflows tailored for Windows environments to streamline application delivery.</li> <li>Manage comprehensive patch management schedules, ensuring all Windows servers remain secure against emerging vulnerabilities.</li> <li>Spearhead PCI Audit handling and compliance readiness, ensuring infrastructure configurations and access controls rigorously meet industry security standards.</li> <li>Own the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process for major incidents, identifying systemic vulnerabilities and implementing permanent remediation steps.</li> <li>Provide deep technical troubleshooting expertise across complex, multi-tiered infrastructure to maintain strict SLA compliance.</li> <li>Oversee software and tool subscription renewals, forecasting budget requirements to prevent service disruptions for critical operational tools.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skill &amp; Experience Needed</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>8+ years</strong> of experience in systems engineering, cloud operations, or enterprise infrastructure management.</li> <li><strong>Systems Administration:</strong> Deep expertise in Windows Server environments, OS lifecycle management, patching tools, and core services (SFTP, SMTP).</li> <li><strong>Virtualization &amp; Cloud:</strong> Strong hands-on experience with VMware (ESXi, vCenter upgrades) and mid-level AWS cloud engineering (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, etc.).</li> <li><strong>Compliance:</strong> Proven track record handling rigorous security audits, specifically <strong>PCI compliance</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Leadership &amp; Communication:</strong> Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead multi-team collaborations and handle high-stakes technical escalations calmly and effectively.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Get</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary.</li> <li>Fun-filled work culture (<a href="https://www.highradius.com/culture/">https://www.highradius.com/culture/</a>).</li> <li>Equal employment opportunities.</li> <li>Opportunity to build with a pre-IPO Global SaaS Centaur.</li> </ul>
