Responsibilities include: · Conducting patrols and security checks to prevent unauthorized activity · Monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas · Screening for prohibited items and enforcing site policies · Responding appropriately to alarms, incidents, and emergencies · Assessing situations quickly and making sound decisions under pressure · Utilizing de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts safely and professionally · Collaborating with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary · Conducting access control and identification verification · Preparing detailed incident and activity reports · Maintaining security equipment and reporting deficiencies · Supporting investigations through accurate documentation and information gathering What Makes a Successful Armed Security Professional?
