At Flix, we offer a dynamic work environment with competitive pay, strong growth opportunities, and a tech-driven approach to making travel more accessible, sustainable, and affordable.   <div>As an Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d), you will be a part of the Central Accounting team. You will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial records.</div> About the Role <ul> <li>Process on timely basis accounts payable transactions </li> <li>Monitor vendor open items and clarifies old and unusual balances </li> <li>Prepares accounts payable reconciliations and clarify differences </li> <li>Prepares and executes electronic payment runs as well as manual payments if necessary  </li> <li>Assists in the collection and distribution of financial information  </li> <li>Prepare clear and concise documentation on working procedures </li> </ul> About You <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">3-4 years of experience in Accounting </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Solid knowledge in Accounting and VAT legislation </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to thrive in a fast-growing international environment </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Confident handling of MS Office </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Reliability and organizational skills </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Fluent in English and/or German language  </li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
