Wouldn't it be amazing if you could join us in our journey?</p> <p>We are looking for a detail-driven Accountant to join our Finance team and help keep the numbers behind our journey accurate, timely, and audit-ready. In this role, you'll work closely with colleagues across the organization, report to our US Controller, and play a key role in supporting our US entity — making sure the fundamentals of our business run as smoothly as our platform does.</p> <h4><strong>As an Accountant at JFrog you will... </strong></h4> <ul> <li>Own daily banking activity — performing bank reconciliations and recording journal entries with a sharp eye for accuracy.</li> <li>Drive our Accounts Payable payment process end to end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls, while resolving vendor inquiries with a helpful, can-do attitude.</li> <li>Review Concur expense reports for policy compliance.</li> <li>Responsible for the month-end and quarter-end close, including preparing expense accruals, recording journal entries, and reconciling balance sheet accounts.</li> <li>Maintain our Fixed Asset Module in NetSuite and keep fixed asset records accurate and current.</li> <li>Prepare and file annual Form 1099s, ensuring timely, accurate compliance with IRS requirements.</li> <li>Support our sales tax reconciliation process.</li> <li>Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>To be an Accountant at JFrog you need...</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li> <li>3+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.</li> <li>A proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Excellent multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and organizational skills.</li> <li>High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</li> <li>Experience with NetSuite is a plus.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…</strong></h4> <ul> <li>At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.</li> <li>This position has a base salary range between $120k - $125k. &nbsp;Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.</li> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.</span></strong></li> <li>This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). &nbsp;In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.</li> <li>JFrog provides employees comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness and much more!</li> <li>JFrog embraces hybrid work: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.</li> </ul> <p>JFrog is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
