Role Description As a TheraDriver Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving SaaS revenue growth, developing strong relationships with new clients and building business development strategies for the company. The ideal candidate will bring their energy and their understanding of the industry to help propel a fast-growing business into its next stage of growth. Through nurturing inbound leads and reaching out to ICPs through outbound, you will qualify, contract and close a wide range of clients (from small ABA Clinics to businesses running over 100 locations). This is an exciting and fast-paced role that gives you the autonomy to further develop your client relationships with exceptional ABA clinics around the country. Key Roles & Responsibilities Revenue Growth - You will achieve a quarterly gross revenue target through a combination of closing small, medium and large ABA Clinics Inbound Lead Management - Y ou will manage a pipeline of inbound leads and use your expertise to build out a customer nurture cadence to increase conversion across the pipeline Run Software Demos for Clients - Through your knowledge of the product, you will run exceptional software demos, with the ability to connect a customer’s largest pain points to TheraDriver’s features Outbound Lead Pursuit - You will develop a list of outbound lead prospects and successfully schedule calls with new logos bringing them quickly into the pipeline Client Qualification - You deeply understand TheraDriver’s ICP and are able to use your own qualification matrix to ensure that every client onboarded will be successful Client Discovery - You can lead Client Discovery to identify specific use cases and business challenges that will define a customized setup of the TheraDriver software. Contracting - You quickly move a client through the contracting process, ensuring all client concerns are addressed and mitigated Pipeline Management - You will use your excellent organizational skills to manage both your inbound and outbound clients. You always know the current state of every customer and the next interaction. You take the time to invest and prepare for every interaction with every user. Relationship Management - You will build relationships across each organization, from Executives to Individual contributors, your authenticity and transparency will build trust as you establish yourself as a key business partner. Customer Experience - You will take ownership of the client experience, ensuring all open issues are resolved promptly for your Clients either through you directly, or by another TheraDriver Team member. Business Consultancy - You deeply understand the client’s business and operational challenges, and are seen by your clients as trusted collaborator, helping them solve their greatest challenges. Risk Management - You will use your foresight to see problems before they occur, and mitigate potential risks before they escalate. Business KPIs - You can review the analytics of existing customers and are able to understand and explain the software’s positive impact to a potential client’s business In the First 30 Days Meet the Team and learn about the Company Mission. Shadowing existing Demos, understanding the TheraDriver value proposition Meet Potential Customers currently in the pipeline and start to build trusted relationships Close your first set of clients, including learning the contracting process Build an Outbound Lead list and start reaching out! Acquire a strong understanding of the TheraDriver software end-to-end In the First 90 Days Achieve your first Revenue Goal milestone by running outbound, setting up demos, and converting customers! Recommend improvements to the sales funnel process that will increase conversion rates Manage a robust inbound and outbound pipeline, exceeding the pipeline needed to achieve your next quarter’s revenue goals In the First Year Take on new key business development initiatives under the Executive Team’s leadership Reflect on all the milestones of being part of one of the fastest growing companies in the industry Qualifications Over 10 years in experience in sales and business development Expertise in closing 6-figure clients Understanding of the ABA Industry Strong verbal and written communication Excitement and urgency to build something amazing with our team Experience in Customer Experience, Account Management or related experience Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships This is a remote position.
