As a member of our sales team, you’ll play a vital role in driving revenue growth. Your focus will be on strategic client engagement and acquisition. Main responsibilities: -Identifying and acquiring potential clients for Microsoft Advertising in Mexico - Designing and presenting consultative proposals that align with client goals and industry trends - Building deep trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their advisor and advocate within Microsoft Advertising - Leveraging performance data and insights to identify opportunities - Preparing and presenting performance reports, insights, and growth forecasts to internal and external stakeholders Qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of experience in online advertising, media sales, business development or marketing - Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals - Deep market knowledge and strong industry connections Digital Marketing Expertise: - Experience working with performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges - Experience managing and optimizing performance campaigns is desirable (ROAS, CPA, CPL) - Familiarity with attribution models, A/B testing,and tracking technologies (pixels, SDKs, MMPs, etc.) is desirable and useful for client acquisition Consultative Skills: - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities - Strategic mindset with commercial acumen and a client-first approach - Strong problem-solving capabilities with a continuous learning attitude - Analytical rigor and attention to detail Languages: - Fluent English (required) Tools: - Required: Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Copilot/Gemini/ChatGPT - Desirable: Salesforce, Google Analytics
